
When we founded benugo in 1998 we had a vision of not just creating superb, natural food, but providing something that was a memorable experience.
Nothing’s really changed in all that time.
We don’t think we’re overstating things when we say we’re happy if we add a smile to someone’s day.
And we know that we can make our cafes and restaurants look as fantastic as they can possibly be, but if the food and service isn’t up to scratch... then what’s the point?
So that’s what our focus continues to be. Delicious, simple food. Brought quickly. By a friendly face.
It couldn’t be simpler, and this approach appears to have worked because we’ve won our fair share of awards.

Congratulations and a huge welcome to the first group of benugo apprentice chefs. On the 1st February 2012 we launched the benugo apprentice chef training programme.

Following a competitive tender process, benugo have been appointed as the exclusive provider for catering services at the British Museum. The 5-year contract is due to commence in May 2012.
