Paul’s quick career progression began two years ago when he joined Benugo as a team member on the high street. It didn’t take long for Paul to realise he loved Benugo’s start-up culture. He wanted to understand how the business operated. He moved to our Curzon Street deli/café and supported the re-opening of our renovated Great Portland Street shop before eventually accepting a position within our central Support Office. Here Paul develops his business strategy knowledge as a valued member of the IT team.

Samuil loves all things coffee. When he heard about Benugo’s Barista Competition, his Regent’s Park team encouraged him to sign up. There was just one problem – he wasn’t an official barista yet! That didn’t stop Samuil. He practised and persevered until he became an official Benugo barista... just in time to compete and become a finalist in our Barista Competition.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

When Fernanda joined our in-house café/deli team at Ernst & Young four years ago, she brought with her a passion for food and nutrition. Fernanda wanted to learn more about creating healthy food for our customers, and her Benugo family was there to support her. Today, Fernanda leaves her stamp on nearly every Benugo product we sell, impacting thousands of people on a daily basis. Thanks to her, Benugo food is delicious AND nutritious!

GENERAL MANAGER

Alice’s ability to motivate a team and lead by example has been the bedrock of her success as General Manager of Benugo restaurants, first in world-famous Regent’s Park and now Benugo Bar & Kitchen at star-studded BFI Southbank. Alice came to Benugo from Italy and was ready for any task when she joined our Clerkenwell shop 8 years ago. Now she applies this work ethic and positivity to making sure she leaves every Benugo restaurant better than she found it.

HEAD CHEF

Chef Pola knows a thing or two about simple ingredients and authentic flavours. This became clear soon after she joined our team in Westminster Abbey, where she made salads in the cold section. Pola worked her way up to Sous Chef and learned to manage others as a Team Leader. Now, you may address her as Head Chef when you dine on her creations at Field’s Bar & Kitchen in Holborn.

OPERATIONS ACCOUNT MANAGER

Shortly after arriving from France, Charlie began with Benugo as an hourly team member, making sandwiches and serving coffee. Fast forward a few years, Charlie has grown from Team Member to Assistant Manager to highly-respected General Manager who runs four café/delis in our world-famous Deloitte Bank branch. Here Charlie interacted daily with London’s most important financial players in the heart of the City and helped with the opening of several new shops. Today as Operations Account Manager, Charlie helps oversee all of the private business-based shops in Benugo.
