Spring has (finally) sprung! And we are marking the arrival of warmer, sunnier weather with our fabulous new range of salads.

Try our Spring Chicken & Free Range Egg Box with zesty lemon & herb dressing. Or the Lebanese Chicken & Spiced Cauliflower Box with herby Tabouleh and yoghurt Zhoug dressing.

Our chefs have created our very own baharat spiced Lebanese chicken which, teamed with low fat coriander and spiced yoghurt dressing, is a taste sensation at under 300 calories. That’s a great lunch for less calories than you will find in a bowl of cereal, banana and cup of tea.

You could add a green pea and feta pot to your lunch to lighten up your meal – or just pick it up as the perfect, healthy, light snack.

Our new vegan Veggie-licious wrap boasts a wealth of veg including avocado, grilled carrots, fire roasted peppers and shaved cabbage, all finished with a roast aubergine spread, punchy harissa houmous and fresh coriander.

One more must-try lunch option - Roast Chicken lemon & Thyme baguette with rocket, a fabulously fresh choice for spring. 

For breakfast, look out for our new buckwheat bircher. It’s gluten-free and created to be a healthier, more wholesome and delicious yoghurt option, perfect for starting your day.

We’ve added yoghurt, almond milk, sunflower & chai seeds, as well as coconut, shredded apple, cinnamon and buckwheat flakes, all topped with a beautiful passion fruit coulis.

Healthy yet loaded with taste, we are pretty sure you won’t find a better breakfast.
