Are you counting down the days for World Gin Day on the 11th June? We've been infusing Sipsmith gin with blueberries for the last 28 days. Steeping blueberries in gin creates an aromatic fragrant taste and a fantastic colour for cocktails. Barbican Kitchen will be serving up Blueberry Gin Sours on this occasion consisting of blueberry gin, vanilla sugar and fresh lime.
