Natural History Museum celebrates nature with the launch of a new afternoon tea, available in this exclusive members’ space boasting unrivalled views of the Museum’s famous architecture.

Aptly named Inspired by Nature, an array of sweet and savoury treats has been expertly created by our pastry chefs to celebrate British farmers and growers and is inspired by nature’s wonders to showcase the very best of British seasonal produce.

Inspired by Nature, priced from £35, then with Prosecco £40.

The afternoon tea experience is prebook only but open to all, providing the perfect opportunity to relax after a tour of the museum’s latest exhibitions.

The afternoon tea is served Wednesday through Friday at 12pm and 3pm and Saturday and Sunday at 3pm only.

Please note, opening times of the Anning Rooms (for Members & Patrons) are 10:00am until 17:30pm.

Step back 66 million years in time and dine with the dinosaurs at the T. rex Restaurant. Located in the Green Zone of the Natural History Museum, this family friendly eatery is the perfect place to take your little ones for burgers, mini pizzas and ice cream sundaes. For the grown ups, you can enjoy chicken hot off the grill, fresh salad and stonebaked pizzas to keep you energised on your day out.

Find The Red Zone just to the right as you enter through the Cromwell Road. Hot and cold drinks and a wide variety of ever changing hot food specials and salads.

Currently open during school holidays only for coffee, tea and delicious cakes.

Situated in the stunning Central Hall, this cafe serves up hot and cold drinks, cakes and plenty of sandwiches and salads. Highchairs available.

A shake is a always a great idea, whatever the weather. You can build your own shake or sundae, or choose one from our menu.

Also serving sandwiches and salads, cakes and pastries.
