In 2004 we began working with the V&A Museum in London. This amazing, important place simply needed fresh, delicious food to offer its visitors. And we came up with a solution that is still going strong to this day.
We made such a success of this that we now work with the BFI Southbank, Museum of London, The Natural History Museum, The Royal Parks and more recently outside London, The Ashmolean Museum in Oxford and seven castles in Scotland, including Edinburgh and Stirling.
We’re very good at being flexible. We can either create something under an organisation’s own brand – as we have done at the NHM, V&A and Scottish Castles; bring our famous cafe deli concept to the space, as in the Museum of London; or create bespoke looks that capture the quality and uniqueness of the venue, as in the Serpentine bar & kitchen at Hyde Park, or the benugo bar & kitchen at the BFI Southbank.
But in every case we make sure these joint ventures feature the essential benugo values of offering simple, good quality, honest food in a stylish environment.

Congratulations and a huge welcome to the first group of benugo apprentice chefs. On the 1st February 2012 we launched the benugo apprentice chef training programme.

Following a competitive tender process, benugo have been appointed as the exclusive provider for catering services at the British Museum. The 5-year contract is due to commence in May 2012.
