In 2004 we began working with the V&A Museum in London. This amazing, important place simply needed fresh, delicious food to offer its visitors. And we came up with a solution that is still going strong to this day.
We made such a success of this that we now work with the BFI Southbank, Museum of London, The Natural History Museum, The Royal Parks and more recently outside London, The Ashmolean Museum in Oxford and seven castles in Scotland, including Edinburgh and Stirling.
We’re very good at being flexible. We can either create something under an organisation’s own brand – as we have done at the NHM, V&A and Scottish Castles; bring our famous cafe deli concept to the space, as in the Museum of London; or create bespoke looks that capture the quality and uniqueness of the venue, as in the Serpentine bar & kitchen at Hyde Park, or the benugo bar & kitchen at the BFI Southbank.
But in every case we make sure these joint ventures feature the essential benugo values of offering simple, good quality, honest food in a stylish environment.

We love our coffee at Benugo and as a result we get through almost 80 tonnes of coffee beans each year. Not only is it important that we buy the very best quality coffee beans...
The House of St Barnabas and Benugo are delighted to announce an exciting new partnership, ahead of the opening of The Club at the House of St Barnabas in autumn 2013.
