The magnificent, ancient and still imposing castles of Scotland are a must-see for any visitors to the UK. And we are privileged to be located in some of the best.

Castles are (of course) amazing places to explore. But there’s a lot of ground (and steps, battlements and dungeons) to cover. So, if you are in Edinburgh Castle, visit our Redcoat café for coffee, tea, baguettes & sandwiches, pizza and main meals. Or if your fancy is for afternoon tea at the castle, drop into our Tea Rooms.

You will also find us at Stirling and Urquhart Castles, at Aberdour Castle, Caerlaverock Castle, Fort George, Skara Brae and Duff House. These are all magnificent heritage attractions in their own ways (and Skara Brae in the Orkneys is truly other-worldly). Each one has fresh Benugo coffee and baked treats (including traditional Scottish shortbread), as well as sandwiches and salads. You can also enjoy a traditional afternoon tea at our Tea Rooms in Aberdour Castle, Caerlaverock Castle and Duff House.

All of these great restaurants and cafes have been awarded the Quality Assured “Taste Our Best” mark from VisitScotland.
