We RUN the club at the House of St Barnabas in Soho, a not-for-profit private members’ club and charity that supports London’s homeless back into work.

We partnered with the House of St Barnabas in 2013 to run the club and restaurant as a way of supporting the charity's work. Our relationship has evolved be much more than this alone - we offer direct and practical training and support to the charity’s clients.

The charity helps former homeless men and women gain marketable skills to get them back into sustained employment in the hospitality industry.

We support their Employment Academy with courses in customer service, food commodities, barista skills, food safety training, business communication and hospitality knowledge.

Programme graduates can gain experience working in our team in any of Benugo’s London coffee shops and cafes. To date, we’ve hired 30% of the graduates from the programme into long term roles.
