72% of our Benugo Managers have come from the shop floor. We believe in supporting and developing our team from the moment they begin their Benugo journey, offering them a selection of training courses enabling them to grow and progress through our business.
We focus on two defined career pathways – Front of House taking you from Team Member to General Manager, and Back of House, beginning as team member and progressing through the culinary stages to Head Chef.
Many of our team have worked on both sides of the business and created a unique career pathway of their own. We support our teams with any career development passion they may have.
Our Benugo support office also provides opportunities to develop a career in Marketing, IT, Purchasing, Projects and HR. We believe that the best way for our Support Office to understand the needs of the wider team is to have first-hand experience working on our shop floors.
We also offer a wide range of apprenticeship courses including finance and accounting to senior culinary chef.
