We make everything fresh but because we need to plan and ensure we have the right ingredients, we cannot successfully produce bespoke platters and still ensure that our platters arrive in perfect condition and on time. Our platters offer a great selection of our sandwiches but we do offer individual salads, treats and other products for you to enjoy.
We have a number of delivery time slots for you to choose on our delivery site. We have 30 minute slots for you to choose from and we will endeavour to deliver at the slot required.
Yes, no problem! As long as the combination of orders meet the minimum spend of £40 it’s all good.
Yes, as we make everything fresh as ordered, if you want lunch for breakfast, we are happy to deliver lunch during a breakfast slot! The same goes for having a late breakfast so you can have it arrive at any time throughout the day.
Yes, there are allergens noted for every product so you simply need to view the menu for details on which items are suitable for which allergies.
We don’t automatically provide napkins and cutlery but let you choose whether you would like to have them. We are also more than happy to take away packaging for you. Just ask!

You can cancel your order by logging into your account or by calling us directly before 11am the day before delivery. The number is located on the bottom of your order confirmation e-mail. Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled on the day.
Our dedicated delivery team are navigating the busy London streets as quickly and as efficiently as they can, but sometimes things outside of our control can go wrong. Yes, and we also encourage you to return your plastic bags and all packaging. We are more than happy to take your packaging away with us when we leave. Just ask!
