Risotto at BFI Riverfront


We believe in uncompromising simplicity, authentic, flavoursome and well-sourced, seasonal ingredients delivering delicious food that everyone wants to eat. Working with the very best UK food and drink suppliers we have created a sustainable, local supply chain. We design all our menus to match locally available and in-season foods.

We first started working with Turner Prize finalists Cooking Sections in our restaurant The Magazine. We developed menus that use ingredients with a positive effect on the ecology of the planet such as seaweed, mussels and regenerative grains. We also created a CLIMAVORE salad and wrap that was sold across our high street locations and in many public spaces. Find out how to make our delicious Tomatoes on Toast here

The Magazine

We use local suppliers from the UK for most of our fruit and vegetables. Most of our meat is sourced from the UK. When we source products from outside of the UK, we make sure that the welfare standards are the same as we would demand here.

All our fish is Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certified. We use fish from sustainable sources only – that means MCS grade 3 or lower. Our milk comes from UK and Ireland only in 100% recyclable packaging and is organic in our workplace and high street locations.
