The ballot for the 2026 Royal Parks Half Marathon is now open!
After the 2025 event broke records for the highest number of ballot entries for the second year in a row, demand to take part is higher than ever.
The run takes place on Sunday 11 October 2026 and follows a beautiful 13.1‑mile route through four of London’s Royal Parks: Hyde Park, The Green Park, St. James’s Park and Kensington Gardens. Runners will also pass some of the capital’s most iconic landmarks, including Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament and the Royal Albert Hall.
Central London’s closed roads and the festival atmosphere make this one of the UK’s most memorable half marathons.
And while you’re in the parks, you can enjoy delicious food and drinks in our cafés and restaurants, ideal for a pre‑race boost or a well‑earned post‑race treat.
Enter the ballot now for your chance to run the city, run the parks, run the Royal Parks Half.
The ballot closes at 5pm on Friday 6 February 2026.
