We’re proud to partner with The Clink Charity on a five-year initiative creating employment pathways into hospitality careers through Benugo. This collaboration reflects a shared belief in the power of training, opportunity, and second chances to drive meaningful social impact. From September, graduates of The Clink’s training programme at HMP Brixton will be offered access to employment opportunities within Benugo, supported by structured mentoring and our internal learning and development framework.
The initiative is designed to provide clear progression routes into the hospitality industry, building confidence, skills, and long-term career stability. In addition to employment pathways, the partnership brings together financial support and hands-on collaboration. Benugo will share training and operational expertise to strengthen The Clink’s programme delivery, while also helping to support ongoing skills development for students. As part of the partnership, Clink Bakery products crafted by students in training at HMP Brixton and at the Herne Hill production kitchen will be introduced into selected Benugo locations from next year, further showcasing their work and supporting the charity’s mission.
