In London we buy fruit and vegetables for our restaurants from Watts Farms. They are a family-run business covering 10 locations in Kent, Essex and Bedfordshire.
They currently grow more than 100 varieties of vegetables, fruits, salads and herbs – so we have a lot to choose from! We aim to use the best produce available and that means buying what’s in season. Nothing brings our chefs more joy that using British produce from just up the road – it tastes so good!
Their locations’ proximity to London also means the miles our fruit and vegetables travel is limited. We’re conscious of keeping food miles down where we can in order to help reduce our impact on the environment around us.
