In London we buy fruit and vegetables for our restaurants from a locally based greengrocer. They are a family-run business with a long-standing reputation for supplying great quality produce.
They currently grow more than 100 varieties of vegetables, fruits, salads and herbs – so we have a lot to choose from! We aim to use the best produce available and that means buying what’s in season. Nothing brings our chefs more joy than using British produce from just up the road – it tastes so good!
Their locations’ proximity to London also means the miles our fruit and vegetables travel is limited. We’re conscious of keeping food miles down where we can in order to help reduce our impact on the environment around us.
