CAN YOU DELIVER TO MY AREA?
Simply enter your postcode into our delivery site and it will tell you whether delivery is possible to your location. We walk deliveries from shops and to ensure everybody can enjoy delivery, operate a van service within Central London where a shop is not nearby.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO COLLECT AN ORDER FROM ONE OF YOUR SHOPS?
Absolutely, you can collect from any of our participating high street shops. Simply choose from the drop down box on the delivery site under the collection section. Also, if you are outside our delivery zone you can arrange a collection from our participating shops.
CAN I ORDER VIA TELEPHONE?
Unfortunately not. But our website should have everything you need!
CAN I PAY WITH MY CREDIT CARD?
Yes and it’s the quickest way! We have a fully secure payment system for quick and safe payment.
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY?
Unfortunately not as all our orders are processed overnight so orders can only be amended up to 4pm the day before the delivery date. If there is an emergency, please call on the number listed on your confirmation e-mail.
DO THE PLATTERS HAVE ANY VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN PRODUCTS?
We offer a vegetarian platter to cater for vegetarian requirements and some of our products are vegan friendly. Each menu item clearly outlines what is vegetarian or vegan. The order website is the best place to see this in more detail, including nutritional information.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE FOR DELIVERY?
Yes, the minimum order is £30 but we deliver it for free. We need to make sure we have enough team members available to make all of the delivery drops on time and to ensure you get the same freshly prepared food as you see in our shops.
CAN I PICK AND CHOOSE A MIX OF PRODUCTS TO MAKE UP MY INDIVIDUAL PLATTER?
We make everything fresh but because we need to plan and ensure we have the right ingredients, we cannot successfully produce bespoke platters and still ensure that our platters arrive in perfect condition and on time. Our platters offer a great selection of our sandwiches but we do offer individual salads, treats and other products for you to enjoy.
WHAT TIME WILL MY DELIVERY ARRIVE?
We have a number of delivery time slots for you to choose on our delivery site. We have 30 minute slots for you to choose from & we will endeavour to deliver at the slot required.
CAN I COMBINE BREAKFAST AND LUNCH TO MAKE AN ORDER OF £30?
Yes, no problem so long as the combination of orders meet the minimum spend of £30.
CAN I GET SANDWICHES AND PLATTERS DELIVERED FOR BREAKFAST?
Yes, as we make everything fresh as ordered, if you want lunch for breakfast, we are happy to deliver lunch during a breakfast slot! The same goes for having a late breakfast so you can have it arrive at any time throughout the day.
I AM ORDERING FOR PEOPLE THAT HAVE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS. CAN I VIEW ALLERGEN INFORMATION?
Yes, there are allergens noted for every product so you simply need to view the menu for details on which items are suitable for which allergies.
WHAT COMES WITH MY ORDER?
Every order comes complete with a friendly smile. As part of our focus on the environment, we won’t automatically provide napkins and cutlery as a rule but let you choose whether you would like to have them. We are also more than happy to take away packaging for you. Just ask!
CAN I ORDER HOT DRINKS OR SMOOTHIES FOR DELIVERY?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver hot drinks at the moment, but watch this space. We do have a wide range of smoothies and juices for you to enjoy.
CAN I ORDER SOUPS OR HOT FOOD FOR DELIVERY?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver hot food or soups at the moment.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order by logging into your account or by calling the shop directly before 4pm the day before delivery. The number is located on the bottom of your order confirmation e-mail. Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled on the day.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LATE OR HASN’T ARRIVED AT THE CHOSEN TIME SLOT?
Our dedicated delivery team are navigating the busy London streets as quickly and as efficiently as they can, but sometimes things outside of our control can go wrong. Where we can, we will always try and proactively call you if we feel that your order might not arrive within the estimated time of delivery, and our team will be working to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you really want to get in touch, the best way is to call the number located on the bottom of your order confirmation e-mail.
IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?
Yes, and we also encourage you to return your plastic bags and all packaging. We are more than happy to take your packaging away with us when we leave. Just let us know!
HOW DOES THE DELIVERY CARD SYSTEM WORK?
We know you work hard so we want to reward you every time you order. On your first order, we will allocate a unique Benugo Delivery Card to your account (expect to receive it about 2 weeks after your first order). Then, every time you complete an order online (and have logged in with the e-mail address you registered with), we’ll add £2 credit to your account for you to spend in any of our shops or restaurants. The technology gremlins mean we can only bulk upload it once a month but we’ll send you an e-mail to notify you when that’s done. Want to know the credit balance on your card? Simply pop into any of our high street and show your card to the staff there. They will be happy to tell you how much you have.
So whether you want to treat yourself to a latte or a lunch in our high street shops or dine in one of our restaurants, the choice is yours!
