The team at Benugo BFI we are on the lookout for a hard-working, creative and reliable Sous Chef to come and join the team.
BFI Riverfront and BFI Bar serve a selection of cocktails, wine, beers, seasonal dishes and wood-fired pizzas across our three bars and our restaurant. These are buzzy, exciting places to be, with a diverse customer base.
About the role
The ideal candidate will:
- Work with the Head Chef and Group Executive Chef to develop new menus
- Ensure the food quality is at its highest standard at all times
- Manage and motivate our team of chefs
- Oversee stock levels and making key decisions about stock control with the Head Chef
- Maintain all food safety and health & safety procedures in the kitchen
