Benugo at Regent’s Park is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team.
A busy restaurant in the middle of Regent’s Park, we serve breakfast, pizzas, salads and more in our fast paced kitchen.
About the Sous Chef role:
The ideal candidate will:
- Work with the Head Chef and Group Executive Chef to develop new menus
- Ensure the food quality is at its highest standard at all times
- Manage and motivate our team of chefs
- Oversee stock levels and making key decisions about stock control with the Head Chef
- Maintain all food safety and health & safety procedures in the kitchen
