We’re looking for a Sous Chef to work at the V&A Museum.
Open seven days a week, we have a range of cafés across the museum as well as providing the food and drink for the Members’ Room.
About the Sous Chef role
The ideal candidate will:
- Work with the Head Chef and Group Executive Chef to develop new menus
- Ensure the food quality is at its highest standard at all times
- Manage and motivate our team of chefs
- Oversee stock levels and making key decisions about stock control with the Head Chef
- Maintain all food safety and health & safety procedures in the kitchen
