Job Overview
We are looking for full time Team Members to join our fantastic team at the beautiful Edinburgh Castle.
Our Team Members work between the Queen Anne Tearoom serving exquisite afternoon tea, and our Redcoat Cafe serving wood-fired pizzas, seasonal salads and sandwiches.
About the Team Member Role
The ideal candidate will:
- Operate the till
- Serve drinks
- Serve food to the tables
- Enhance our customers’ experience when they visit
- Ensure that food safety standards are followed at all times
- Keep the café clean at all times
