This summer, we’re bringing something special to Covent Garden. In collaboration with London Transport Museum, we’re proud to introduce The Pancake Line – our brand-new menu of indulgent pancake stacks, inspired by the capital’s iconic transport network.

Available now at the London Transport Museum Café, The Pancake Line combines comforting flavours with playful, London-inspired names – perfect for families, visitors and anyone in search of a standout sweet treat.

Even better, you don’t need a museum ticket to visit us, making it an easy stop-in whether you’re exploring Covent Garden or planning a day out.

Discover the Line-Up

Each dish on The Pancake Line has been designed to feel generous, nostalgic and full of flavour:

Brunel Brownie Stack (v)
Golden syrup pancakes layered with Greek yoghurt, rich chocolate sauce and chunks of fudgy brownie – a decadent tribute to great British engineering.

Caramel Master (v)
A sweet-salty favourite topped with Greek yoghurt, salted caramel sauce, salted popcorn and Biscoff crumb.

Piccadilly Mess (v)
A fresh and vibrant option with Greek yoghurt, crushed meringue and blueberry compote.

A Treat for All Ages

We’ve created The Pancake Line with everyone in mind. Full portions are £10.50, with kids’ portions available at £5.50, making it the perfect family-friendly treat to enjoy together.
