Events by Benugo had the pleasure of delivering a truly special evening of Scottish hospitality at the Grand Gallery, National Museums Scotland. The evening welcomed the first of the pre‑IBTM groups to experience an unforgettable celebration of Scotland.
It was a joy to showcase Scottish culture in such a magnificent space, and to be part of an evening that blended food, design, and tradition into one memorable experience.
At Events by Benugo, we believe that the heart of Scottish hospitality lies in its produce. For this evening, our chefs crafted a menu inspired by the very best of the season, drawing on Scotland’s rich natural larder to create dishes that were both authentic and contemporary. By weaving together Scotland’s culinary heritage with modern event design, we created an experience that was as much about taste as it was about storytelling.
