We were also delighted to provide the food for the exclusive launch event – an inspiring event that brought together thought leaders, innovators, and guests to celebrate the opening of this important exhibition. It was a privilege to be part of such a meaningful occasion at one of the UK’s most iconic cultural institutions.
To bring the exhibition to life beyond the gallery, we’ve introduced a range of Future of Food-inspired dishes in The Diner and The Energy Café at the Science Museum. These innovative menu items feature sustainable ingredients such as plant proteins, insects, and dairy alternatives – offering a delicious glimpse into the future of food.
Highlights include:
- Cricket, Carrot & Walnut Cupcake topped with sugared mealworms
- Planet Power Salad with green chickpeas, pea and chickpea falafels, grilled mixed peppers, courgette ribbons, mixed leaves, miso and sesame dressing – finished with garlic-roasted crickets
