Introducing carbon labelling at the Natural History Museum
We’ve joined forces with the Natural History Museum to introduce science-based carbon labelling for our food. When you pick up a sandwich or salad from the fridge or one of our cakes, you will find a rating from A-E based on the level of carbon impact that food has, with A being the most environmentally friendly choice.
Helping us understand the environmental impact of our food is one of the first steps towards combatting climate change, giving you the choice to choose food that is friendlier for our planet.
Along with our carbon-neutral coffee, we’re committed to being as transparent as possible when it comes to the impact we have on the environment. Visit the Natural History Museum’s cafés and restaurants to learn more.
