Our three Royal Parks cafés are bringing the festive spirit to the great outdoors with a show-stopping Festive Roast: tender Bronze Turkey Ballotine stuffed with apricot, served alongside buttery fondant potatoes, charred Brussels sprouts, roasted heritage carrots, and finished with a silky cranberry reduction and rich, velvety gravy. Add a warming glass of mulled wine and soak up the winter magic of the parks while celebrating the season.
