The menu focuses on bold, seasonal flavours designed for sharing. Guests can start with nibbles such as BBQ rice crackers, tomato and basil picos, Gordal olives, and lightly blistered padrón peppers—perfect with an aperitif.
The plates menu blends Mediterranean inspiration with modern flair: whipped feta with green olives, sun-dried tomato salsa, pine nuts, and focaccia; chorizo croquetas with Manchego; smoked and salted cod arancini with romesco and pickled onion; and oyster mushroom shawarma with charred tenderstem broccoli and dukkah.
