Generation Hope is an annual event held by the Natural History Museum in collaboration with young climate and nature leaders from around the world. Events by Benugo had the honour of catering a celebration for the inspiring activists involved, showcasing the very best of seasonal British produce while championing the future of food. The entirely vegan menu was designed to reflect both innovation and sustainability, bringing together bold flavours and thoughtful sourcing. Highlights included 3D-printed meat alternatives, a root-to-tip asparagus station celebrating low-waste cooking, and a selection of indulgent dairy-free desserts. Each element was carefully curated to demonstrate how climate-conscious dining can be both creative and commercially viable.
Set within one of London’s most iconic cultural institutions, the event provided a meaningful platform to connect food, sustainability, and forward-thinking ideas.
