Job Overview
We are looking for a Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team inside the beautiful historic Edinburgh Castle.
Within the castle we have our Queen Anne Tearoom, serving exquisite afternoon teas, delicious cakes and seasonal light lunch menu. On the lower level of the castle grounds we have our Redcoat Cafe serving a range of wood-fired pizzas, fresh salads and sandwiches.
About the Chef de Partie role
The ideal candidate will:
- Lead a section of the kitchen
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items
- Maintain the highest health and safety standards across the kitchen
