Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Events & Hospitality Manager to join the team at the Natural History Museum.
The Events team delivers a variety of events at the iconic museum from small board meetings and drinks receptions to buffets and private viewings of the exhibitions.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will:
- Lead and manage a large team
- Work closely with the General Manager to ensure that events are planned and delivered to the highest standard
- Create rotas in line with budget and business needs
- Continuously work towards improving sales and service
- Exceed customer and client expectations by demonstrating a positive and flexible attitude to requests
